Discovery Science & Discovery Turbo now on Dialog TV

Dialog TV will launch two brand new channels to its portfolio effective from today. Discovery Science and Discovery Turbo are two exclusive channels that will be made available to our subscribers for their viewing pleasure.

These two channels will be offered Free of Charge to all customers till the 25th of September. Thereafter the channel will be available only for the customers who have activated the Gold package. Discovery Science and Discovery Turbo can be activated individually for Rs. 199/- + taxes per channel, per month.

Activating GPRS on a Dialog Mobile

Activating GPRS on your Dialog Phone seems to still be one of the most queried topics, which is why we’ve selected the very topic for this post.

Lets take a look at few of the easier options than manually entering settings.

Option #1
As simple as sending an SMS.

Type GPRS and send it to 678.

You’ll receive an SMS which will prompt you to SAVE the GPRS Settings. By agreeing to save the settings you should be good to go.

Option #2

If you prefer USSD over sending an SMS simply..

Dial #107# and select → Messaging & Settings (Option 6 at the moment) → Settings (Option 1) → GPRS Settings (Option 3)

This too will send an SMS prompting you to SAVE the GPRS Settings.

Either of the options should see you Browsing the Internet on your Mobile in no time. Happy Browsing!
