Activating GPRS on a Dialog Mobile
Activating GPRS on your Dialog Phone seems to still be one of the most queried topics, which is why we’ve selected the very topic for this post.
Lets take a look at few of the easier options than manually entering settings.
Option #1
As simple as sending an SMS.
Type GPRS and send it to 678.
You’ll receive an SMS which will prompt you to SAVE the GPRS Settings. By agreeing to save the settings you should be good to go.
Option #2
If you prefer USSD over sending an SMS simply..
Dial #107# and select → Messaging & Settings (Option 6 at the moment) → Settings (Option 1) → GPRS Settings (Option 3)
This too will send an SMS prompting you to SAVE the GPRS Settings.
Either of the options should see you Browsing the Internet on your Mobile in no time. Happy Browsing!

Big Thank You to all those who visited Fun Day Out

Dialog and Twitter® Partner to bring you updates via SMS
As many of you have been requesting, we’ve finally managed to get Twitter on board, so you can Tweet, Retweet, Reply, Follow, Unfollow and even Favourite your friends on Twitter®.
Standard charges would apply for outgoing messages to the Port 40404, and most importantly what many of you are concerned the incoming alerts/SMS will be free of charge.
